How long does an order take?

Everything is made to order. Production usually takes 2 to 5 business days, then delivery depends on where you live. You will get a tracking email once your order ships.

Can I return my order?

Because each piece is made just for you, we can't accept returns for change of mind or size. If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, write to us within 30 days with your order number and a photo and we will make it right.

What is the difference between the Handled and Quiet editions?

The Handled Edition carries the full PAS Concierge mark. The Quiet Edition keeps the mark small and puts the line first. Same product, two moods.

How do I pick a size?

Check the size guide on the product page and compare it to something you already own and like.
